Some of the 11/16 6PM Class Peeps having a fun time with 150 wall balls, 90 sit-ups and 60 pullups in their WOD
You might have noticed the goal board in the back of the gym. It's starting to fill-up but there's plenty of room for more and more goals. Make a contract with yourself. Pick a movement and/or rep scheme, a WOD score or what have you and set a date. It's that simple. Maybe even write down two goals -- a long term one and a short term one. Pressed for ideas? Take a look at the Athletic Skill Levels chart. Start at the Apprentice column and see what you've accomplished and what you have left and work your way across. Chances are short term goals will come from the left side of the chart and longer term goals will trend toward the right side. You'll also notice there are a lot of gymnastic movements on that chart that might be unfamiliar. A good resource to familiarize yourself with gymnastics is to head over to http://www.drillsandskills.com/
And when you're going for a goal on a particular day -- let us know so we can be there to push you along even harder than normal and be there to celebrate it when you hit it. If you miss it, no biggie. Develop a short term memory for failure and continue your efforts.
