Practice your box jumps -- pogo, for height, lateral along w other skill work as assigned by your coach and then...

Partner wod:
1 person working at a time. Reps/distance is per team, not per partner. Split up work however you’d like.
3 rounds:
800 m run
60 box jumps
30 push ups
200 m sled pull/prowler push (resisted run if the classes are full)
