. We'll chat a bit and set you up with an appointment for a Free CrossFit Intro Session. Or if you prefer, just book it online here.
The Intro Session is complimentary and lasts about an hour. You'll learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. If you're just coming off the couch and are serious about changing your life...the Intro Session is a great time to help us flesh out your background and goals and help you decide which training option will work best for you.
The workout is short and is scaled to meet your current fitness levels.
After the Baseline workout you can pick a membership package that fits your needs.
